Resolve an Issue with Insurance
(This applies if you have purchased insurance at time of checkout)
1. If a package has been damaged or missing items.
Notify us immediately & keep all packaging materials and damaged or missing items in the original form, as received. You must keep the packaging and items until the claim has been completed.
Report to the carrier the incidence and obtain a ticket number from the carrier. For United States, contact USPS at 1800-222-1811. For Canada, contact CanadaPost at 1-866-607-6301.
Provide a written statement and pictures of the damaged or missing items. We need this information to complete a recipient affidavit form for the insurance claim .
2. If a package has been lost or stolen.
Report to the carrier that the package was lost or stolen and obtain a ticket number from the carrier. For United States, contact USPS at 1800-222-1811. For Canada, contact CanadaPost at 1-866-607-6301.
Provide us your ticket number and written recipient affidavit stating your case. We need this information to complete a recipient affidavit form for the insurance claim
Per the insurance policy - lost or stolen package claims will not be processed until 21 calendar days (domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (international shipments) after the date of the shipment. If a claim is filed before this timeline, the insurance company will hold the claims until the allotted time has passed.

Skin Beauty will put in a claim with the insurance company on behalf of the recipient. The recipient certify that the claim is accurate and true per the statement below.
